Please note, due to seasonality and factors out of our control, bouquets and arrangements ordered online may not look exactly as pictured. Tiny Home Florals reserves the right to substitute blooms and vessels if quality standards or shortages arise. 

Floral design is an art and every arrangement we custom create will be different from each design created. We do everything we can to ensure every arrangement is made to delight, but occasionally, nature takes its course, and despite our best efforts, a flower may wilt prematurely or show bruising. If you are not happy with your order, please email us at tinyhomeflorals@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue. 

Refunds are offered if the order is cancelled 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled delivery date.
